Fundy Blue Window Cleaning (“we”, “us”) provides commercial window cleaning in the Greater Saint John area of New Brunswick. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fundyblue.ca, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, and your business name, address and window-cleaning needs. If you call or email us, we collect what you share with us.
Our website host, WordPress.com, may also collect basic visitor information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, and may use cookies, to keep the site running and to measure traffic.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request and arrange the work.
- To schedule, perform and invoice the work.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business: our website host (WordPress.com) and our email provider (Google Workspace). They may process your information outside Canada, including in the United States, and are subject to the laws of those places. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. After that we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time. Email us at matt@fundyblue.ca and we will respond promptly.
Safeguards
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including password-protected email and website accounts. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or banking details through the contact form.
